How do I submit a purchase order?
You can place purchase orders easily on our website. Download this document for instructions.
How do I find the invoice for my order?
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email from Stern Math. If you need something additional, please use "Contact Us" to send a request with what you need.
How do I get an estimate for an order?
We are in the process of improving this feature for customers. In the meantime, you can use our online shopping cart as an order estimator. Simply add the items to your shopping cart that you want a price estimate for, and an order total will be generated. Then you can take a screenshot of it or print to PDF. If you need a different format for the estimate, please contact us.
How do I get a W9?

Shipping
My order hasn't shipped yet. What's going on?
We make all our orders on demand. It typically takes us no more than two weeks to get orders shipped. On large orders over $1500 it sometimes takes us a bit longer. Please have patience.
Can I track shipping on my order?
Yes. When your order ships, you will receive an email from us with a link to tracking information. Sometimes these get classified as spam. Please take a look in your spam folder if you didn’t get a tracking email.
Ordering and Checkout
How do I place an order online?
Simply add the items you would like to purchase to your shopping cart, proceed to checkout, and pay using a credit card, debit card, or purchase order.
Sales tax and exemptions?
Since we are a small business, we do not need to collect out of state sales tax. If you are a Vermont customer and tax exempt, please purchase using a PO or reach out to us in advance if you’d like to pay by credit card.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and purchase orders.
How will I know if my order is being processed?
You will receive a confirmation email once you’ve submitted an order.
Education Services
Do you offer education services?
Yes. We offer classroom consultations, parent consultations, tutoring, and workshops. Learn more here.
Do you offer tutoring?
Yes. We can connect you with tutors who work over Zoom. We also have local tutors in specific cities: currently, New York City NY, Washington DC, Sarasota FL, Chicago IL, Lexington MA, Topica KS and our list is continuing to grow.

What grades do your products teach?
Our products are designed to teach concepts in the grade level range of PK to 5th. You can filter for specific product grade levels on our product collection pages. Each product page also lists the grade levels taught within the description.

Can this system be used with older students?
Yes. Our system is developmental and follows a sequence. We have used it successfully with students of all ages to help accelerate students in building a strong foundation in math.
Returns and Exchanges
What is Stern Math’s return policy?
You have 30 days to return any new, unopened items. Customers are credited for products minus shipping, but are responsible for return shipping and handling.
